TO: All Production AssociatesFROM: Associate ServicesSUBJECT: Req#3517SHIFT: 1stPOSITION:Technical CoordinatorSUMMARY: Develops ways to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and manage human capital and floor space more effectively. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design layout of equipment and workspace. Utilizes sound management principles and Lean concepts with the intent of improving process flows, reducing operational expenses, and improving productivity. Analyze and challenge existing procedures in areas of responsibility throughout the facilities, making recommendations, and working with the operations management teams to integrate solutions. Provides guidance and support to operational management by identifying progress opportunities, supporting the company's themes, and helping to manage the annual business plan. Develops implements and improves processes, equipment and work activities, to meet and exceed the company's safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Facility manpower planning Productivity planning Machine capacity analysis Process effectiveness analysis Project management Expansion needs analysis Material flow analysis Developing and maintaining engineered time standards Value stream mapping Process flow and line balancing PREFERENCES: 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. Project management experience QUALIFICATIONS M.O.S.T. and/or Time Study work measurement Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to set and achieve goals with minimum supervision Demonstrated solid teamwork, interpersonal and planning skills Proficient in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio AutoCAD and Simulation software a plus APPLICATION PROCEDURE: If you are interested in being considered for this position, complete an Application for Position Posting and submit it to Associate Services by: Monday March 2, 2026, at 4PM. Candidate must have a minimum of 3.5 points at the time of this posting and/or cannot reach 1.5 points while in the position.
