Delivery Driver Job Application

This is a delivery driver position with I Squared Logistics LLC (an Amazon DSP), delivering packages for Amazon! We are the earliest company to load out every day in South Raleigh (Garner)! This means getting home every night earlier than most other delivery positions! Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road as a courier driver for customer packages, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. This company truly believes in a safety-first culture and holds everyone top to bottom accountable to this to ensure everyone gets home safely every evening. This is NOT a place to work if you are unable to stop at every stop sign and red light, if you're unable to drive at or under the speed limit, if you follow other vehicles too closely, or if you believe that you must pull into customer's driveways and onto customer property to deliver packages. This is a non cdl driver position. Benefits & Scheduling:Standard Work shift is approximately 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM every day of the week! We will have other shifts available during the holiday season. More details to come! $21.00 / Hour + Incentive Pay - WEEKLY PAY! 10-hour shifts are typical (even for Part Time employees) 4-day workweek (approximately 40 hours) is typical for Full Time employees. Those who load packages into their vans in the correct sequence, plan their days out, and organize packages at every available opportunity thrive here Be a Team Player. This means helping other team members every shift. Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Requirements:Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Equipment Provided:Delivery Vehicle Fuel for the delivery vehicle Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE.
