River City Security & Investigations, LLC is seeking reliable and professional Part-Time / On-Call Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team in the Chattanooga, TN area. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule or supplemental income. Officers will be called upon to cover open shifts, special events, and emergency call-outs on an as-needed basis. To remain active with the company, officers are required to work at least one (1) shift per month. We offer: Benefits: • Competitive pay • Flexible scheduling • Paid training • Paid time off • Insurance options • Opportunities for advancement Job Responsibilities: • Patrol assigned areas and monitor for suspicious activity • Enforce site-specific rules and procedures • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner • Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports • Maintain professional communication with clients, staff, and the public Requirements: • Must currently hold a valid TN Guard License • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. • High school diploma or GED • Must provide a background check and motor vehicle report upon hire • Must submit to pre-employment and random drug testing • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have strong report writing and basic computer skills • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays • Must have reliable transportation • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to self-manage Preferred but not required: • Military, law enforcement, or prior security experience PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not currently hold your Unarmed Guard License through the State of Tennessee.
