Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification • Assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating 24-hour operations of the Cardiac Stroke Telemetry unit. • Participate in patient rounds with physicians, responding to clinical inquiries and supporting continuity of care. • Communicate and implement physicians' orders accurately and efficiently. • Oversee the preparation and ongoing maintenance of detailed clinical records for patients. • Provide leadership support to nursing staff during the night shift, including mentoring and conflict resolution. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. • Help coordinate patient care, staffing, and resource allocation to maintain high-quality, patient-centered service. • Contribute to performance improvement efforts and unit-based initiatives focused on enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction. Candidate requirements Required: • Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience, preferably in telemetry, cardiac, or stroke-related care settings.
