Bilingual Fulfillment Associate

Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations. Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and according to training. Verify product quality, quantities, and accuracy against order documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. ssist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and restocking as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. Physical Requirements: bility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time. Regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures (as applicable to the facility). Basic Qualifications: Basic understanding of the Shopify backend for order pulling. Strong English communication skills with the ability to converse in basic Spanish.
