Full-Time | Monday-Friday Express Employment is looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to keep the financial records accurate and up to date for a busy client in the South Metro. If you love numbers, organization, and working closely with teams to keep projects on track, this role might be your perfect fit. ? Key Responsibilities: Lead processing of both accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) Manage construction project accounting including setup, change orders, and closeout documentation Keep data current in Sage-contracts, change orders, subcontracts, and vendor info Track construction costs and budgets with precision Process receivables and bank deposits timely and accurately Collect and input taxpayer ID information Perform month-end and year-end financial closeouts Partner with the owner on monthly cash flow reports Provide statistical and budget data to the marketing manager Collaborate with the accounting firm during annual audits What We're Looking For: Minimum 2-year degree in accounting or equivalent experience Experience in construction industry accounting a big plus Familiarity with Sage and/or QuickBooks, and construction project management software (e.g., Procore) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy ?
