Job Full Description Job Title: Assembly / Production Line Worker Location: Savage, MN Shift: Day Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly/Production Line Worker to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality concrete products, including wall panels, highway barriers, columns, and sound walls. This hands-on position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet quality standards and production goals. Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment such as jackhammers, forklifts, and bobcats Clean and maintain tools and equipment Cut and install wood block outs as needed Set up casting equipment for bands and finishes Accurately place concrete on casting beds according to piece drawings Monitor and adjust bed heating systems via computer Lay out casting beds using detailed blueprints Set forms, steel plates, and other materials to production specifications Wash and finish exposed aggregate surfaces Correctly dunnage and store finished products in the yard Grind panel ends and clean bed pallets Clean and oil side forms and chamfer edges Safely attach clamp/hook-ups to concrete panels Proactively identify and report any quality or finish issues Consistently follow safety procedures and support a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and casting books Strong communication and teamwork skills Mechanical aptitude and safe operation of tools and equipment Ability to work extensive overtime when required Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of concrete mix types Math skills and attention to detail Must be committed to "The Company Way" - striving to improve daily Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly Ability to walk, climb, bend, and reach Comfortable working with hand tools and loud machinery Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Must tolerate varying weather conditions and physical job demands Strong spatial awareness and depth perception required Work Environment: Work will be performed in a plant and yard setting Exposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibrations, and heavy equipment Environment includes loud noise levels, stairs, and narrow walkways All seasons, all weather-must be comfortable working outdoors What We Offer: Full-time, stable employment with overtime opportunities Training and advancement potential Safety-first culture and team-oriented environment Lakeville (Savage), MN 2220 8275 210th Street West Lakeville, MN 55044
