You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based support in home and community settings. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily‑living skills Support behavior‑reduction strategies using ABA principles Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress Qualifications Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation to client homes in the Gaston/White Knoll area Strong communication skills and professionalism Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency Ability to lift or assist clients as needed during sessions What We Offer Supportive onsite supervision from experienced BCBAs Paid training and ongoing professional development Meaningful, rewarding work that directly impacts children and families
