Job Description

We are hiring for a Logistics Coordinator in Conroe, TX! Responsibilities: Coordinate all domestic and international product transportation utilizing ground, air, and ocean freight carriers. Manage the end-to-end shipment process, including scheduling, securing trucking quotes, arranging carrier pickups and deliveries, and monitoring shipments, costs, and timelines. Monitor the status of all inbound and outbound shipments for company operations and external customers. Ensure compliance by reviewing and verifying the accuracy of international shipping documents (e.g., airway bills and seaway bills). Generate commercial and performance invoices required for customs clearance. Provide general clerical and administrative assistance, including the creation of spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, and other documents. Handle telephone inquiries, maintain an organized paperwork and filing system, manage customer billing, and track activities for accurate billing records. Address and manage customer complaints efficiently. Perform various other administrative and logistics tasks as directed by the supervisor. Process freight billing accurately through the SAP system. Review, code, and submit vendor invoices for payment processing, confirming the correctness of all associated freight costs. Manage and resolve domestic freight claims, conduct rate analysis, and provide support for internal freight-related requests across departments. Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Skills: Experience in high demand and high volume warehouse operations Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Proficiency in Warehouse Management softwares Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment Good communication skills Education: High School Experience: 4-7 years Qualifications: 4+ years of logistics & transportation experience via land, sea & air Microsoft Suite experience Various warehouse management software experience Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
