About the job CDL Driver P Endorsement - Seattle Job Title: CDL Driver P Endorsement Location: Seattle, WA (Multiple Openings: Redmond, Everett, Greater Seattle Area) Pay: $27.75 - $35.75/hour + $5,000 Sign-On BonusJob Summary: We are seeking experienced and safety-focused CDL Drivers with a Passenger Endorsement to join a fast-growing transportation team serving corporate clients throughout the Puget Sound region. This role includes consistent routes, high-quality vehicles, and a company culture centered on community, safety, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a commercial passenger vehicle on designated routes Transport passengers in a courteous, professional manner Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow DOT regulations and company procedures at all times Maintain accurate driver logs and reports Report mechanical issues or delays immediately Support a safe and clean onboard environment for all passengers Must Haves / Requirements Summary: Active Class A, B or C CDL with Passenger Endorsement Valid DOT Medical Card Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work assigned shifts and comply with company scheduling Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in transit, shuttle, or charter operations Knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas Strong safety record and familiarity with vehicle inspections Benefits: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid training and onboarding Opportunities for overtime Uniforms and PPE provided Modern fleet with well-maintained vehicles Career growth with a mission-driven transportation leader Come join our clients close-knit team.
