Requirements: • Blown Film Extrusion Experience • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred). • 5+ years of experience in blown film extrusion (highly preferred). • Strong mechanical and manufacturing process skills and experience. • Proven ability to support and lead Lean manufacturing activities. • Keen analytical skills and understanding of problem-solving techniques and tools. • Data-driven approach, coupled with discipline, objectivity, and meticulous attention to detail.
