You’re the bridge between ownership, technicians, and customers, and you have real authority to make decisions in the field.This is not a desk job, and it will occasionally involve working in the field. First and foremost, this is a leadership role with accountability and upside.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGOversee daily field operations across residential and commercial jobsSchedule and route crews to maximize efficiency and job completionConduct site visits and quality checks throughout the dayEnsure proper use of equipment, chemicals, and surface-specific techniquesTrain, coach, and hold technicians accountable to performance standardsResolve issues in real time: delays, quality concerns, customer questions, equipment problemsEnsure safety protocols are followed on every job siteBe responsible for truck readiness, inventory and equipment maintenance, and end-of-day proceduresMaintain clear job notes, photos, labor tracking, and operational reportingSupport continuous improvement of SOPs, workflows, and field systemsDeliver a consistently professional, 5-star customer experienceDAY IN THE LIFEReview the day's schedule, message customers, and active jobsMeet with crews to get prepped and adjust plans as neededVisit job sites throughout the day to inspect quality, troubleshoot issues, and support techniciansCommunicate with customers to keep expectations alignedTrack progress, document work, and prep for the next dayEnd the day knowing exactly where every job standsNo two days are the same — but the goal always is: run clean jobs, support the crews, and deliver excellent results that leave our customers so happy that they're telling all their friends about us.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORExperience in field operations, construction, trades, power washing, landscaping, or similar service businessesStrong leadership and communication skillsHighly organized with strong follow-throughComfortable making decisions without micromanagementTech-comfortable and willing to learn scheduling / CRM toolsValid driver’s licenseWHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HEREResponsibility, not micromanagementClear systems and standardsGrowth opportunityA team that takes pride in our workHOW TO APPLYSubmit your resume and a brief note about why this role is a fit for you.
