The role involves monitoring live sporting events for contest accuracy, generating contest parameters, collaborating on contest ideation, and engaging with fans during events. The candidate will also independently monitor games and social media to enhance the contest schedule. Key Responsibilities: Monitor sporting events during live windows to ensure contest scoring accuracy.Generate contest parameters and question sets.Collaborate with the product team on contest ideation.Engage with fans and users via on-platform discussions during live events.Operate independently with a strong focus on detail. Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge and passion for all major sports.Experience in gaming contest administration.Proficiency in using Google Sheets for data management. Industry Experience Required: Preference for candidates with experience in sports or sports-adjacent businesses, especially those comfortable working off-peak hours. Knowledge of sports betting concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
