Job Summary The STNA / CNA / NA provides routine daily nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). This role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene. Assist patients with mobility, including transferring, ambulating, and positioning. Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respirations). Assist with feeding and meal preparation as needed. Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and timely. Report changes in patient condition to the RN. Assist with maintaining a clean and safe patient environment. Adhere to infection control and safety procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide quality patient care. Qualifications Current STNA / CNA / NA certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and transfer patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ability to lift and transfer patients, requiring physical strength and endurance. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
