Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and Kotlin. Implement concurrent programming techniques (e.g., multi-threading) to optimize performance and responsiveness. Build and maintain reactive systems using frameworks like Project Reactor. Develop and consume RESTful web services and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software. Apply caching strategies and technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in Java development. Strong understanding of concurrent programming concepts and practices. Experience with reactive programming paradigms and tools. Full stack development experience, including front-end and back-end technologies.
