Scrum Lead (Agile Delivery)

Location: Onsite (Hybrid 4:1 Schedule) Duration: 1-Year Contract (Potential Extension) Role Summary: We need an experienced Agile Lead/Scrum Lead to drive agile delivery for a cutting-edge mobile + hardware ecosystem. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams building: Native mobile/watch apps Scalable cloud backend Data infrastructure Customer support tools Ideal Candidate: Servant leader with 5+ years in agile software delivery Experience with connected products (IoT/mobile/cloud) Strong at removing blockers, fostering collaboration Key Responsibilities: Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos Track progress using JIRA/Confluence, manage dependencies Ensure alignment with program milestones Delivery Coordination Oversee development of: iOS/Android apps (BLE, real-time data, firmware updates) WatchOS/WearOS apps (standalone functionality) AWS microservices (APIs, auth, analytics) Data pipelines (ETL, ML-ready datasets) Admin tools (Zendesk integrations) Team Collaboration: Work with hardware engineers, UX designers, DevOps, and external partners Foster continuous improvement and psychological safety Requirements: Must-Have: 5+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach (software teams) Experience with mobile/IoT/connected devices Knowledge of BLE, OTA updates, AWS microservices Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, agile reporting Strong facilitation & servant leadership skills CSM/SAFe certification (preferred) Nice-to-Have: Background in consumer hardware/digital products Self-starter who can wear multiple hats Work Setup Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 remote) Must be able to start quickly Apply with: Resume highlighting agile + technical leadership experience ny relevant certifications (CSM/SAFe) Note: This is a high-priority role.
