HR Business Partner

Ideal candidates bring solid HR experience within manufacturing or industrial settings, with strengths in employee relations, recruiting, and compliance. You should be comfortable balancing day-to-day HR responsibilities with big-picture thinking, leading projects, and serving as a trusted resource to managers. Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM highly desirable • Strong understanding of employment laws, safety practices, and compliance in a manufacturing environment • Experience supporting leadership with coaching, organizational development, and workforce planning • Ability to manage competing priorities, navigate change, and maintain confidentiality • Approximately 25% local travel to plant locations Perks and Benefits: • Competitive salary up to $90K with bonus opportunities • Weekly travel reimbursement • Opportunities for professional development and growth • Supportive, team-focused workplace Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily HR operations including benefits, HRIS updates, recognition programs, and process efficiency improvements • Lead full-cycle recruitment: interviewing, updating job descriptions, coordinating screenings, and managing onboarding • Serve as an employee relations resource by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, guiding corrective actions, and supporting performance management and training • Lead strategic HR initiatives such as HR project management, payroll/bonus reviews, unemployment claims, HR analytics, reporting, and employee engagement efforts • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development Not ready to apply yet?
