Data Migration Analyst

Job Summary: Highly experienced Senior Data Analyst / Migration Specialist. Candidate will have extensive experience in Healthcare data migration, strong expertise in SQL, and a deep understanding of claims processing and healthcare data structures. This role requires collaboration with business users, creating attribute mapping specifications, and assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support data migration initiatives. • nalyze and understand patient and claim data structures to ensure smooth migration. • Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation. • Create Attribute Mapping Specifications to define how data fields are mapped between systems. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Support UAT efforts, assisting users in validating migrated data and identifying potential issues. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process. • Work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a successful transition. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience working on data migration projects. • Recent experience years of experience working on data migration projects in Healthcare Domain (Payors and Providers) • Strong expertise in SQL for data analysis and transformation. • In-depth understanding of claims processing and healthcare data structures. • Experience in creating attribute mapping specifications for system migration. • bility to analyze and interpret patient and claim data models. • Strong collaboration skills to work with business users and technical teams. • Experience supporting UAT processes and troubleshooting data issues. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
