We are seeking a driven, self-motivated B2B (Business to Business) Field Representative to embody the Olson's Ace Hardware brand to fuel business relations and expand our market presence. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys the challenge of pursuing new businesses, building and maintaining strong relationships, and owning a territory. Compensation $45,000 to $65,000 base salary plus commission Responsibilities • Develop and grow long-term business relationships with both new and existing customers. • Meet with existing accounts on a regular basis to discuss and analyze their upcoming projects and create appropriate product orders, working with vendors to procure needed items. • Report on customer needs to Store Management to ensure in-store product availability and customer satisfaction. • Handle all special orders for B2B accounts, delivering their product if applicable. • Execute sales strategies to surpass company goals. • Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to find new business prospects, negotiate, and close on sales deals. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Previous retail or hardware experience preferred • Strong negotiation and customer service skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Must provide a valid US Driver's License • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites via company vehicle • Spanish-English bilingual strongly preferred Benefits • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Employee Discount • Company Outings and Team Building
