Training Assistant/Coordinator (Full-Time, Entry Level) Location: Phoenix, AZ (local candidates only - Hybrid Work Environment) Pay: $24-27/hour (based on experience) Kolbe Corp has been delivering meaningful in-person andvirtual trainings for over 50 years. We're looking for a TrainingAssistant/Coordinator to help support our training events and keep thingsrunning smoothly. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone withadmin or customer service experience who enjoys staying organized and workingin a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Support scheduling and logistics for trainingevents • Assist with in-person and virtual workshops • Prepare physical materials and edit onlinematerials • Document and update records in multiple onlinesystems • Contact clients via phone and email Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 1-3 years of admin, office, or customer service experience Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software(LMS, CRM, Asana) Organized, reliable, and a positive team player This role is primarily in person, with work-from-homeflexibility (1-2 days/week) after six months. Some early mornings or eveningsmay be required. Must live within a 30-minute commute of our office in 85016zip code.
