Physical Therapist (PT) - Geriatrics Palm Beach County, FL A highly regarded non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. This is a salaried, exempt position offering excellent work-life balance, low productivity expectations, and the opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered care across the full continuum. About the Role This Physical Therapist will treat residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, including short-term rehab and long-term care. Some patients may have memory care needs. The role allows therapists to build meaningful, long-term relationships while delivering holistic, prevention-focused care in a collaborative, slower-paced environment. You'll work in a state-of-the-art rehab gym within a large, beautifully maintained campus and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
