About the Role This Physical Therapist will treat residents across skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, including short-term rehab and long-term care. Some patients may have memory care needs. The role allows therapists to build meaningful, long-term relationships while delivering holistic, prevention-focused care in a collaborative, slower-paced environment. You'll work in a state-of-the-art rehab gym within a large, beautifully maintained campus and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
