Position Requirements:Active California Physical Therapist license. Current CPR certification. Physical exam within the past year. Negative TB test. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload. Your Role:Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions. Focus on balance, strength, range of motion, home safety, and equipment assessments. Conduct 45-minute sessions, typically 2-3 visits per patient per week. Use user-friendly software to document sessions and track progress. Handle a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly, depending on your availability.
