Per Diem Pharmacist

Bluestone Health Association Inc is a federally qualified health center dedicated to providing highly qualified services to underserves communities. We are currently seeking a licensed, patient-focused pharmacist to join our team on an as-needed basis. Support our pharmacy during peak times, vacations, and special projects.This position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to provide high quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.Key Responsibilities: Accurately prepare, dispense and verify prescriptions in accordance with federal and state regulations.Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patients outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records and endure compliance with all safety and quality standards.Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations as needed.Qualifications: Current and active Pharmacist license in the state of West Virginia.Stronge knowledge of medications, compounding and pharmaceutical best practices.Excellent communicative, organizational, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Prior experience (1) year preferredPosition Details:Schedule: Per diem; hours may vary based on coverage needs.Location: Bluestone Health Pharmacy locations/ FloaterCompensation: Competitive, commensurate with experienceIf you are a passionate about patients care and thrive in a team- oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!Bluestone Health Association Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
