HCM Specialist

What's the role?We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused HCM Specialist to join our growing Payroll Solutions team! You'll be responsible for preparing client payrolls in compliance with wage and tax regulations, processing garnishments, generating payroll reports, and assisting with tax filings- all within the isolved HCM platform. Whether you prefer to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite at one of our 19 office locations, this position offers flexibility, support, and strong career growth opportunities.In this role, you'll: Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and after-the-fact payrolls for a variety of clientsGenerate quarterly and year-end reports, including W-2sUpdate employee information and handle payroll adjustments per client requestsCollaborate with clients to ensure accurate payroll processing and provide exceptional support What experience and skills do I need to be successful?Required: Experience in a service bureau or client-focused payroll processing roleHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong computer proficiency, especially in payroll systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsImpeccable attention to detail and accuracy Preferred (but not required – we're willing to train!): Familiarity with the isolved HCM platformGeneral ledger and/or tax payment experienceWorking knowledge of payroll laws and compliance regulations Great Perks and Benefits:Some major perks we offer are long-term job stability, work-life balance to support raising a family, and significant opportunities to grow your career within the company. What's the schedule?This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with a steady 40 hours per week.
