Title - Tutor - Early College Program (CHS) (SY25-26)SALARY: $22 - 35/hr. (Based on licensure and Degree level) GENERAL DUTIES: Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring and homework support for Chelsea High School Early College students Provide academic support for Early College students in designated subjects Maintain accurate attendance records for tutoring sessions Foster a positive and productive learning environment Offer guidance on study-skills, time management and academic expectations in a college setting Communicate with Early College staff and counselors as needed Assist students with understanding and completing college coursework Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure student success MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Enrolled in a Associates or Bachelors Degree Program or Graduate of 2 year or 4 year college or Licensed teacher; will consider non- licensed professions with experience. Minimum required - High School Graduate U.S. Citizen or Employment Authorization HOURS: Up to 20 hours a week.
