Physical Therapist (PT) / Occupational Therapist (OT) - Lymphedema Care Location: Delray, FL Job Type: Full-Time Schedule : Monday-Friday, daytime hours (Occasional weekend visits may be required) Job Overview We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credentials to provide specialized in-home care to patients with chronic lymphatic conditions. This role focuses on hands-on, patient-centered treatment and chronic disease management in a home-based setting. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders Create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques Provide Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), compression therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training Deliver direct patient care in the home setting Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams Supervise PTAs or COTAs when applicable Follow infection control and regulatory standards Requirements Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program Active Florida PT or OT license Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification required Minimum 1 year of home health experience Minimum 1 year of lymphedema experience CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong documentation and computer skills Bilingual a plus If you're interested, please let me know a convenient time to chat.
