About the job REGISTERED NURSE - CARDIAC SURGERY INTENSIVE CARE UNIT - NIGHTS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care UnitRN - CSICUFull-Time NIGHTS Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement JOB QUALIFICATIONS-Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care UnitRN - CSICUFull-Time NIGHTS Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Looking for candidates that have 1+years of Acute Care RN experience. (Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but they need a good Acute Care Background) Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required BLS required ACLS required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days. • $27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)- $36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15+) Specialty Diff: $2.50 Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends Sign On: up to $25k Sign on for Nights Only (Case by case; as it also depends on the candidates years of experience)Up to $15k Sign on for Days Only Relocation: Case By Case Basis
