In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement JOB QUALIFICATIONS-Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care UnitRN - CSICUFull-Time NIGHTS Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Looking for candidates that have 1+years of Acute Care RN experience. (Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but they need a good Acute Care Background) Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required BLS required ACLS required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days. • $27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)- $36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15+) Specialty Diff: $2.50 Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends Sign On: up to $25k Sign on for Nights Only (Case by case; as it also depends on the candidates years of experience)Up to $15k Sign on for Days Only Relocation: Case By Case Basis
