Accountabilities: This individual will need a broad working knowledge of clinical pharmacy programs in a retail, acute care, telepharmacy, or mail order setting and experience collaborating with healthcare practitioners and all levels of leadership. The Clinical Client Liaison will oversee sales, implementation, and ongoing support for Stellus Rx clinical pharmacy services for clients as assigned. This individual will be accountable for determining account management strategies related to client service plans; retention of existing clients, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, client surveys, and new business; providing program management for clients requiring complex service models. As a Stellus Rx Clinical Client Liaison, you will develop superior product knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare providers and risk-bearing entities about the positive clinical impact pharmacy services can provide for their patient outcomes. Job statistics: # Clients (Risk-Bearing Entities) 5-10 # Geographic Markets 10-20 Total providers 50-200 Total attributed patient lives 10,000-250,000 Role and Responsibilities: Assumes responsibility for a broad range of activities from sales through implementation and providing ongoing support Monitors implementations for new Adhere and/or Engage clients Maintains client relationships with existing customers ensuring needs are met and overall satisfaction Handles all day-to-day client questions and concerns Maintains regular communication and provide reports and clinical consultation to client as needed Meets with client for regular review of customer satisfaction and clinical outcomes Acts as a liaison between client and relevant internal Stellus team members Provides client advice as a clinical pharmacy expert Supports the development of implementation plans and buildout of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Assumes client account management responsibilities Works in partnership with Clinical Pharmacy Specialists and Pharmacy Care Coordinator - Engagement Specialist to: Drive patient growth through management of patient referral workflow and funnel Utilize operational data to improve and drive enrollment rate improvements Obtain and analyze pertinent cost and clinical data to identify and promote patient referral volume Assist with patient referral outreach through phone calls and SMS as required Works in close partnership with various Stellus business units (e.g. Operations, Marketing, Data, Product, Technology) to ensure contract performance and SLA achievement Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required with active licensure 3-5 years of Account Management, direct medical/pharma sales, or other relevant experience required CMS Quality Metrics, HIPAA & ACA knowledge Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Leadership/management/motivational skills Ability to work in a team environment Excellent accounting ability Strong understanding of claims management In-depth knowledge of client services Ability to handle conflict and confront challenging issues in a fast work environment Able to influence and motivate others Able to work with team members to identify where/when to apply as potential client solutions Solid understanding of healthcare industry products and services Must be able to Travel for implementation to Client's location if needed
