Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 - Required Strong understanding and working experience of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices 8 - Required Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 8 - Required Problem solving and root cause identification skills 8 - Required Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders (internal and external) and influence without authority 8 - Required Experience with large scale organizational change efforts 8 - Required Experience conducting change management assessments 8 - Required Experience in creating actionable deliverables for core change management plans. 8 - Required Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint) 8 - Required Strong communication - verbal, written - skills with all levels of an organization to include direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership. 8 - Required Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and team meetings. 5 - Required Experience in implementing change management for SACWIS/CCWIS systems 5 - Required Project management experience for enterprise level Projects 5 - Required Certification in change management 1 - Preferred Awareness or knowledge of DFPS systems and programs.
