Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and system improvements. Contribute to rapid development cycles while ensuring compliance with industry standards (NEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASME). Collaborate with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions quickly. Document work clearly and communicate effectively across teams. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). Strong analytical skills paired with resourcefulness and ingenuity. Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and thrive under tight timelines. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar design software is a plus.
