Call every third Monday night 2130-0600 at MHC o Hours Per Shift (ex: 8, 10, or 12): 4 (8's) and 1 (9) o Shift Start Time: Herrin shifts Sun. 8-1630 Mon. 8-1630 • MHC shifts Tues. 11-1930 Thurs. 1100-1930 Fri. 1200-2130 • Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio, float or weekend requirements, charting, equipment, special qualifications, or certs.): Epic documentation. We have OB at this facility. Requires vascular certification. • Notes: Optional, but helpful • Parking Instructions: Park in the parking garage. No fees to park.
