Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style.Warehouse Associate (Inventory) - 2nd ShiftJob Responsibilities: Receiving materials, picking and shipping orders for customers. Assist with warehouse tasks: Inventory Management, Processing of Receipts, Picking, Put-Away and other assigned tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Conduct inventory counts to maintain accurate inventory. Operate the following equipment safely and efficiently Sit down Forklift Cherry/Order Picker Electric Walkie Turret Truck Assist the shop team in building kits. Maintaining a well-organized workspace. Perform functional and visual checks of material. 5s (housekeeping and safety) Must be able to operate a scanner. Must be able to print and pull a floor order. Meet production standards. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required. Minimum 3 years of Warehouse Associate experience in receiving materials, pulling and shipping orders for customers and in leading or mentoring others. Must have a Good Driving Record with Valid Driver's License Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Proficient in operating computer systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and stand on your feet for 8 hours Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory records. Ability to follow processes and procedures. Ability to work overtime including weekends as required.
