This role requires a strategic thinker with strong research and data-gathering skills to drive product decisions, improve quality, and align the platform's capabilities with customer needs. Your role:Conduct market research and gather insights from sales teams and customers to define product direction. Build out ROI cases and provide data-driven justifications for product decisions. Navigate complex stakeholder discussions, ensuring product strategies align with both business goals and customer needs. Identify and address quality issues caused by excessive platform customization. Improve the sales process by ensuring product demos showcase realistic capabilities rather than overpromising customization. Analyze market competition, focusing on real-world feature implementations and vertical market solutions. Streamline implementation processes to align with best practices in the SaaS industry. Work alongside the existing Product Owner, ensuring platform changes occur efficiently while advocating for strategic improvements. Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven Product Management experience in SaaS. Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline. Strong research and analytical skills to validate product decisions. Ability to communicate effectively with sales, customers, and internal teams. Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations and go-to-market strategies. Politically savvy and able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable in a role that requires building a case for change and navigating a "let's see how this goes" environment.
