Our client is seeking a ProductionManagerto lead daily manufacturing operations across capacitor production lines in Liberty, SC. This role is well suited for a Manufacturing or Process Engineer with 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets Champion a strong culture of safety, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standard work Maintain visible leadership presence on the shop floor and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities Partner with Production Control to plan and execute weekly production schedules aligned with customer demand Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, process stability, throughput, and labor efficiency Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, including standard work, visual management, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking Control scrap, rework, and delinquencies while managing key manufacturing cost elements such as labor and supplies Support new product introductions, process changes, and cross-functional improvement efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience Strong background in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or industrial engineering Demonstrated success leading Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives Experience leading teams and collaborating across Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations Data-driven, hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment with extended shop-floor presence Why join Opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on shop-floor performance Environment focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and accountability Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), flexible PTO, and paid holidays Strong professional development and long-term growth opportunities within a stable manufacturing organization Compensation: $90,000 per year
