This role is ideal for candidates who understand that production landscaping is team-oriented and requires flexibility across scopes of work.If you take pride in your work, show up ready to perform, and want steady opportunity in a growing company, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating trenchers and assisting with trench excavationCleaning and preparing trenches after excavationInstalling irrigation components including backflow devices, piping, valves, drip systems, and sprinkler headsRunning cabling and installing controllers, timers, rain and freeze sensors, and nozzlesHand grading areas to prepare for landscape installationAssisting with landscape installation tasks as needed, including but not limited to sod installation, plant installation, and tree installationSupporting crew productivity across multiple job scopes as requiredMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe job siteRequirementsMinimum 2 years of irrigation installation experienceStrong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a team environmentCoachable mindset and willingness to learn and adaptDependability, honesty, and accountability are non-negotiableWork ScheduleMonday through FridayOccasional Saturdays as neededTypical work hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PMCompensation$17.42 to $26.13 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsOpportunities for growth and advancementContinuing education and training available for team members looking to advance their skillsWhy Work at Mick’sMick’s is a production-driven landscape company that values hard work, integrity, accountability, and growth.
