Job Title: Application Support Engineer Location: Raleigh, NC- work from office 3 days a week Duration: Long term Contract Must have skills: ServiceNow or some ticketing system. Must have experience with prod Support. Look for 1 to 3 years of total experience only. Job Description: We are looking for someone to be part of our Application Support Team. Following are key requirements: Some experience in doing Application Support. Knowledge of some programming language and SDLC Experience with Service Now Preferring computer science graduate Ability to work in shifts and/or be on call outside US business hours. Ability to quickly triage and react to incoming incidents and route them to appropriate party.
