We combine deep platform expertise with the rigor of an enterprise consulting practice to design solutions that eliminate fragmentation, strengthen operational workflows, and support long-term digital transformation across enterprise, state, and federal organizations.Role OverviewTAS is seeking a QA Analyst to lead test execution, validation, and acceptance readiness for a high-visibility CRM and case-management modernization initiative supporting a Texas state agency.This role is responsible for ensuring delivered functionality meets documented requirements, quality standards, accessibility mandates, and public-sector acceptance criteria. The QA Analyst plays a critical role in validating configuration-first implementations, integrations, and historical data transitions prior to production release.The QA Analyst works closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Senior and Junior Developers, and delivery leadership to ensure defects are identified early, documented clearly, and resolved efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining delivery quality, auditability, and stakeholder confidence.This is a full-time, fully remote role, operating within an onshore delivery model.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute functional, integration, regression, and UAT-support testing for CRM and case-management solutionsValidate system behavior against documented requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifactsCollaborate with the Business Analyst to ensure test cases align with the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)Validate configuration-first implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer ServiceExecute testing and validation for integrations with Indigov/GovDelivery and DIR telephony platformsValidate legacy data transitions, including reconciliation and accuracy of historical records dating back to 2002Perform formal accessibility testing to validate compliance with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §213 and Section 508 accessibility standardsPrepare and maintain formal acceptance evidence required for state sign-off on project deliverablesDocument defects clearly and consistently, including reproduction steps, severity, and expected outcomesUse Azure DevOps (ADO) as the mandated system of record for test case management, defect tracking, execution results, and acceptance evidenceSupport sprint testing activities and participate in Agile ceremonies as requiredCoordinate UAT support activities, including test execution support and issue triageProduce and maintain test plans, test cases, execution results, and validation artifacts suitable for audit and governanceSupport release readiness and formal acceptance activitiesRequired Skills & ExperienceU.S.-based candidate (onshore delivery requirement)4–7+ years total QA / testing experience2+ years testing CRM or enterprise business applicationsProven experience serving as a QA Analyst or Test Analyst on enterprise CRM or business application initiativesDemonstrated experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or similar CRM platformsStrong understanding of functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT supportHands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case creation, execution tracking, defect management, and acceptance evidenceExperience validating data migrations and historical data accuracyExperience performing accessibility testing or supporting accessibility validation effortsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsStrong attention to detail and documentation qualityClear written and verbal communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience delivering solutions in state, federal, or public-sector environmentsFamiliarity with accessibility standards, audit readiness, and formal acceptance processesExperience supporting large, highly visible CRM modernization initiativesPublic-sector experience is strongly desired, but not required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Full health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a fully remote work environmentHow to ApplyIf you are a detail-oriented QA professional who excels at formal validation, accessibility testing, and acceptance readiness—and who thrives in disciplined, public-sector delivery environments—we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.Please submit your resume to begin the conversation.This is a remote position.
