Great benefits Room for growth Non-union facility Ability to make an impact   Duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Production Manager include: Coaching, training, evaluating and leading plant associates; resolving issues Implementing corrective actions for any safety or quality concerns Maintaining production and reporting delays Promoting ISO conformance Assisting with the monthly budget Confirming daily production schedules and ensuring all positions are assigned Ensuring daily reports are accurate for product quantity, downtime and scrap Attending departmental meetings Improving processes Ensuring safety and a clean work environment Working with all levels of people within the plant   Requirements for the Assistant Production Manager include: Previous supervision experience in a manufacturing facility Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with assembly, CNC or die casting is a plus Hands-on   Key skills: Supervisor, Manufacturing, Production   Please apply or send us a copy of your resume to .
