Our team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Project Managers who want more than just a job — they want a career with real responsibility, training, and rewards.Position SummaryThe Project Manager oversees restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for inspecting damages, documenting losses, preparing Xactimate estimates, coordinating field crews, and communicating with customers and insurance adjusters. This position offers a base salary plus commission so you’re rewarded for your hard work and project success.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and document water, fire, or mold damages using Encircle, DocuSketch, and company forms.Prepare accurate and timely estimates in Xactimate.Obtain signed agreements and certificates from customers.Assign and oversee crews (Crew Chiefs, Helpers) and ensure daily job progress is documented.Coordinate with subcontractors for rebuild and specialty services.Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and internal staff throughout each job.Ensure jobs follow IICRC standards and company SOPs.Conduct final walkthroughs and submit clean, complete files for billing.Qualifications2+ years of experience in water, fire, or mold restoration preferred.Proficiency in Xactimate required.Knowledge of IICRC standards; certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, etc.) a plus.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Familiarity with Encircle, DocuSketch, and Albiware preferred.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary + Commission (first-year earnings potential $55k–$70k+, with top performers earning more).Company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided.Paid training and industry certifications.Paid time off, holidays, and health benefits.Career growth path into Senior Project Manager or Operations roles.ScheduleFull-time position.On-call rotation for emergency response (nights and weekends as needed).
