Laser and Press Brake Operator - 1st Shift

Summary:This full-time 1st shift Laser and Press Brake Operator role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication work and operating production equipment. You will set up and run laser machines and press brakes to produce accurate parts that meet daily production needs. The role includes verifying measurements, reviewing part quality, and making basic machine adjustments when needed. Hours: Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 3:30pm Pay: $24-$30/hr., depending on experience. Responsibilities: Set up and operate laser cutting equipment for daily production Set up and operate press brake machines to form parts to specification Check part dimensions and verify accuracy during production Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Make basic adjustments to equipment to support part accuracy Maintain clean and safe work areas Record production information as needed Troubleshoot minor issues with materials or equipment Follow all safety and machine operation procedures Qualifications: Experience operating laser cutting equipment required Experience setting up and running press brake equipment preferred Ability to read measurements and complete accurate quality checks Strong attention to detail Ability to resolve minor production issues
