We are currently seeking an experienced Orthopedic Front Desk/Call Center / New Referral Specialist to join our growing team.As our Front Desk / Call Center / New Referral Specialist , you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and completing front desk operations. You will be the voice and face of our clinic, ensuring every patient receives prompt, courteous, and compassionate service.Key Responsibilities : Professionally greet and assist patients and callers with warmth and empathyManage a high volume of incoming calls, voicemails, and patient callbacksSchedule new patient appointments, reschedule or cancel follow-up visits, and manage physician schedule changesCreate and update patient records and accounts accuratelyMaintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception areaPerform general front desk duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: Genuine compassion and empathy for patientsAbility to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and time management skillsTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborateHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and good judgmentReliable and punctual work ethic Qualifications: Dependable and punctualHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong data entry and computer skillsPrior experience in orthopaedics or with practice management software is a plusUnderstanding of basic insurance types, referral and prior authorization requirementsBilingual (Spanish) is a plus Schedule & Benefits: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompetitive benefits including: Retirement planHealth insurance included for qualifying employeesPaid time off (PTO)Paid holidays If you are friendly, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team at the Orthopaedic Institute of Henderson.
