Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our Windows Server, Azure, and virtualized infrastructure. This role also provides ITIL-aligned Helpdesk support to internal users, contributes to cybersecurity and compliance efforts, and maintains clear technical documentation and communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting both end users and fellow IT staff to ensure consistent, high-quality IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group PolicyManage and monitor Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and Azure ADSupport and maintain VMware and Azure Stack HCI environmentsManage Microsoft 365, including Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and compliance policiesProvide Tier 2/3 helpdesk support and excellent customer service to staffImplement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including patching, auditing, MFA, and conditional accessManage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Microsoft Intune or similar toolsMonitor and respond to alerts through SIEM platforms and other security toolsMaintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processesCreate and maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, and change logsParticipate in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and strategic planningCollaborate with a cross-functional IT team to resolve issues, complete projects, and ensure continuity of servicesOther duties as assigned The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.
