What You'll Do Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilitiesEscalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health TechnicianOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environmentEnsure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsWarm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundariesDignified, honest character which models recovery principles Why Join Us?
