Monday-Friday, Day Shift.Hours may vary due to the needs of the facility.Every 5th weekend on.BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service on their respective unit.Work involves managing the care of residents of their respective unit from admission to discharge.To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, members of the interdisciplinary team, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.To use independent judgement, initiative and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team members.
