Full time lecturer

Description The Department of History at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is seeking applications for a full-time lecturer position for the 2026-2027 academic year. We are looking for a candidate with a background in teaching Medieval and Early Modern European History, and writing courses within the humanities. The latter experience will be necessary to teach Communication Intensive courses under CWRU's Unified General Education Requirement (UGER). A strong internal candidate has been identified for the position. Qualifications The successful full-time lecturer candidate must have a Ph.D. in history and have demonstrated excellence in teaching.
