This facility is the largest GM dealer in the area. We have a loyal customer base, and fantastic customers. We are looking for someone that appreciates a family feel, and being part of a close knit team.Copeland is a single owner group that is rapidly expanding. We are looking for technicians that want to be part of a long-term family. This is one of 3 current Copeland Chevy dealerships. We work together with them to help obtain parts and diagnostic information in a timely manner. The ideal candidate:-3-5 years with GM (Cadillac, Buick, GMC all ok)-ASE’s and/or GM certifications a plus-Previous experience working flat rate-Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license What we offer:-Top notch pay, flat rate starting at $30 an hour. Up to $50+ for Master’s.-Sign on bonus up to $2000.-2 bays-Flexible schedule.-Paid time off, sick days, 401K with match. We care and value you as a technician. AllPDI’s and UVI’s are spread through the shop. Management is involved in the day to day. We do morning meetings as a team to discuss issues.
