Job Description

Helpdesk Procurement Specialist needed: Charlotte, NC. We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for a Helpdesk Procurement Specialist to work in Charlotte, NC. This is a 4 month contract position,and youmust be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency, W2 hourly Contract Only, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C. No exceptions (Sorry) Pay: $30 to $34.50/hr. D.O.E. HELPDESK PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST The candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and resolving a high volume of helpdesk inquiries via email and phone. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process and respond to helpdesk emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and respond to suppliers with solutions to their inquiries Manage and maintain accurate records of helpdesk interactions Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all users SKILLS REQUIRED Previous experience with a Procurement Source-to-Pay Platforms such as Ivalua Source-to-Pay, Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP SMART, JAGGAERONE is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing multiple responsibilities with excellent organizational and time management skills If you would like to interview for this position, please email your resume to and I will call back with more information.
