FTE: 0% WORK SHIFT Variable PAY RANGE: $68.72 - $102.11 UNION: UFCW 3000-Professional and Technical SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS: Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Yes On-Call Shifts: No Shift Differentials: Evening $3.00/hour Night $5.00/hour Premiums: Weekend Premium $4.50/hour Standby Premium $4.00/hour Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits) Certification Premium $2.00/hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for dispensing medications and I.V. solutions to patients. Provides immediate supervision and control of the work activities of Pharmacy Technicians and pharmacy students. Participates in ongoing clinical patient oriented activities and undertakes problem solving as appropriate. Provides information and education to patients, staff and public. EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy required. EXPERIENCE Minimum of one-year experience in hospital pharmacy field preferred including automated drug distribution, I.V. admixtures, clinical pharmacy methods/practice and information systems.
