Job DescriptionP4 Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Long-Term Acute Care Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PRN – As Needed coverage in Huntsville, AL. Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities.Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as needed.Educating patients and families on safe mobility techniques and exercises.Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.Maintaining accurate patient documentation.Ensuring patient safety and proper use of assistive devices.
