Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location/Onsite: Riverton, Utah (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)KovoPlus is a leader in AI-powered process automation. Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 based on experience Annual performance bonus structure Equity participation Comprehensive health, retirement, and executive-level perks Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Riverton, Utah A Day in the Life of the CFO As CFO, you’ll be a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, helping shape the financial future of a rapidly scaling, AI-driven organization. You’ll oversee all aspects of financial operations, capital strategy, investor relations, and M&A activity while leading a talented finance team and supporting the company’s continued growth and profitability.Responsibilities include: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals and acquisition plans Partner closely with the CEO and board on capital planning, financial forecasting, and investor relations Oversee accounting, FP&A, and treasury functions with five direct reports Drive cost management, cash flow optimization, and scalable financial systems Lead due diligence, deal modeling, and integration for acquisitions Ensure strong governance, reporting, and compliance processes Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and Technology teams to align financial insights with business goals Maintain readiness for public-company standards (NASDAQ or equivalent experience preferred) Requirements and Qualifications: CPA/CA or equivalent professional accounting designation 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in high-growth or acquisition-driven settings Experience with public or NASDAQ-listed companies, or preparing organizations for public-level rigor Proven success leading finance teams and managing multiple senior direct reports Strong background in M&A, financial modeling, and performance tracking Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable working with a demanding board Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or process automation industries a plus Strategic thinker with hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to execution About the Hiring Company: We are a fast-growing technology company specializing in AI-driven process automation across healthcare and other industries.
